Welcome to the Back 40 Ranch House Grill, a farm to table family restaurant located right here in Heber City, Utah. Our goal is to provide the best food and drinks possible. Make with fresh, local ingredients from Heber and its surrounding valleys.
To start, we purchase whole cows from Circle Bar Ranch, located two pastures back. This beef is used in all of our hamburgers and chili. The remaining primal cuts are rotated through our daily specials, listed on the menu as our Circle Bar Butchers Cut. The smoked jalapeno bacon cheddar that we use on our Back 40 burger is provided from Heber Valley cheese. It is an organic, non-GMO dairy, located only minutes from our restaurant in Midway, Utah.
The bun on the Back 40 Burger is an organic flour bun baked by Wetos Bakery, located on Airport Road in Heber. In addition, we also carry a gluten-free hamburger bun and gluten-free sourdough bread for substituting all of your gluten-free bread choices. These gluten-free options are baked locally at Good Grains Gluten-Free Bakery, located on 100 South. The Blood Orange Marmalade on our grilled salmon dish is provided by Pepper Lane Products which is located in Midway, Utah. Also, all of our table salt, as well as the salt we cook with is sea salt provided by Real Salt, located right here in Heber, Utah. All the water we use at the Back 40 comes from our own well that is over 200 ft deep, sourced from an artesian aquifer. The water is so pure and clean, we could bottle and sell it... but for you, it's free!
